Reviews of Behringer B1 Single Diaphragm Studio Condenser Microphone Feature: Shockmount and case, pop-fro is cheap but the shock mount works great. Quality: Seems pretty solid. I keep it on the stand or in the case when not in use and so far it has held up. Value: I personally free this microphone is a great value, especially for home studio users who can't afford to buy $500 microphones. Desirability: This is a flaming red Gibson guitar! But it looks nice and works well. Sound: I think this is a great sounding microphone for $90. It sounds better than everything I was using before. But I can't compare to higher priced equipment. Support: I was impressed, I thought I needed an adapter for my mic stand and someone at the Guitar Center actually called Behringer and was able to get them to send one free, but it turns out I didn't need it. The smaller adapter was already inside the big one. Overall: I am extremely satisfied, I've used this microphone several times every week over the last year and haven't had any problems.
