Reviews of DigiTech RP80 Guitar Multi-Effects Processor Feature: My unit came with the ac adapter but I noticed some do not depending where you buy it. I got it with mine so i rate it a 9 :) Quality: The unit is all plastic but seems for far to be usuable in most applications however i wouldn't recommend such a small processor to be used on the road for any live gigs. Value: Worth every penny!!! Desirability: It's a nice and sharp looking unit. Sound: The unit overall is a 9 however in this price range there of course will be things it will lack. The gain for one isn't too bad however just a tad more would have helped it for heavier music such as old thrash and death metal. Some of the other effects i found distorted out a bit such as the phaser and needed to oddly turn the level in the unit down quite low to fix the tone. Bottomline is the price for the amount of effects and portabilty makes it worth the small price tag. Support: Not sure as of yet about this category but I'm hoping the service would be good. Overall: I use this unit for recording and online chat. That would be about the extent of what I would use it for.
