Reviews of Fishman Rare Earth Humbucking Pickup with Bridge Switch Feature: None included, came fully fitted. So I don't have the box or instructions - not that they are neccessary. Would be nice just to have a volume/tone control - but that's a small gripe. Excellent quality workmanship - Fishman really are the Rolls-Royce of pick-ups. Quality: Just say FISHMAN and that means THE BEST nuff said! Value: Could be a little cheaper, but seeing as it came with the guitar, I'm really being a bit of a cheapskate! Desirability: Prefer to see an acoustic with nothing on it - but if you're gonna have a quality pickup, and it has to be on the soundhole - then this is the business!! Sound: This pick-up came with a Martin 000X-1 that my wife purchased - what a buy! We knew we'd have to amplify it for stage, but this beauty is awesome; with it's remarkable clarity, smooth lows and bell-like highs, it delivers a clear version of the guitars own acoustic tone. Extemely easy to fit, and play with, the small switch just adds that extra sparkle to the top end, and emphasises fingerpicking wonderfully. Sounds fine through any amp set up, but especially thru a PA set up, with a small amount of 'hall' reverb added. Just brilliant!! Support: No idea, but I'm sure they would be really good. Overall: Forever - don't intend to change it. This little baby delivers an awesome performance - You can really tell it's still a MARTIN guitar and you can really pump the VOLUME UP!!!
