Overall solid quality. This is the first time I've used elixir strings and I like them. Value: great value for the buck. Desirability: I have a guitar, why would I need sex? Sound: I purchased this guitar from zzounds and I am very happy with the purchase. Although the body is thin, it has a solid sound. I love accoustic/electric guitars, so I was hoping the reviews were correct. Compared to an expensive vintage Epiphone (1K+) archtop, the epiphone is better obviously. But you're going to have to shell out quite a few clams more than 300.00 for it. the AEG10 can't produce the deep bass tones of a Jumbo or vintage hollow body electric, but it does produce a rich sound. Applified, it sounds great. Overall, it is a great purchase and zzounds provided great service. Overall: Overall impression. A solid guitar and a great buy.
