Reviews of Mackie DFX12 12-Channel Mixer with Effects Feature: they should have left the effects proccessor, and the vocal eliminator out, ..those are no good. ...i like the fact that it can also run on 220v, .. Quality: looks pretty sturdy, .. Value: for the going price, i guess you get what you pay for. ....but personally, i really like the behringer's in this range better, ..but they are not famous for their longevity, ...but i really like the behringer's sound, ...and the effects on the behringer are pretty decent and the eq's are even better Desirability: this mixer doesn't have sex appeal, ... it's just something to get the job done half way decently, ...you won't be wowed by it ...i personally don't even like looking at it, ..but i use it ...my dad gave it to me as a present Sound: it sounds ok in terms of it's core function, ...but the built in effects are hideous, ...i don't know why they even bothered to put that one in,, ...also the vocal eliminator is useless. ....it will get the job done for everything else.
