Reviews of Tapco by Mackie PS8 Active Monitors (8 in.) Feature: These bad boys are h-e-a-v-y which translates into the tight, powerful low end! There is a high frequency switch and low frequency switch for adjusting the high/low frequency response to match the room. My room is not the greatest but I didn't feel the need to make any adjustments. Quality: I hate to admit it seeing how these are manufactured in China for Mackie but the quality is quite good. They look as good as they sound and they sound great! Sound: Sound quality is excellent with very detailed highs, clean mids and tight bass. Support: I have not required any support so I can't comment on that at this time.
