Reviews of Tascam 414MKII 4-Track Recorder Feature: The bass and treble EQ is all I need. I adjust EQ settings for guitar on my amp. I'd like to see a built-in reverb on this unit. Quality: I've used mine for three years and haven't had any problem. Value: It's worth the price. Sound: Sound is excellent. Has warmth and a live feel. Sounds great with and Alesis SR-16 drum machine. Overall: If the unit starts wearing, I'll buy another one. I've tried digital recorders and they don't have the live feel that this cassette recorder has. I like things simple and not complicated when it comes to recording and this unit is a pleasure to work with.
