Quality: I've had it since 99 and never had an issue with it. Value: For a stomp box, you're getting a whole lot more. Desirability: Oooh - it turns me on. Sound: Sounds like a freight train rockin' down the track Support: Don't know, since I never needed it. Overall: I bought this for home recording in my condo. I was in Portland last month, not expecting to play, and sat in with only my beater guitar and the SansAmp. They plugged me into the main board and holy moly did I bang my head left right and center. I left thinking who needs to cart an amp around?. This unit rocks...its sounds great. Try it...you'll agree.
