Reviews of SM Pro Audio M-Patch Passive Monitor Control Station Feature: The mute button is handy, and the mono button is great for checking for phase issues. Also, it came with two XLR female to TRS female adapters. This is not mentioned on the box or on zZounds' website. Quality: Fairly sturdy construction. The box said it was made by SM Pro Audio, not Violet Audio. Sound: Since it's a passive unit, it's not supposed to color the sound at all. Seems to be true here. Overall: I'm using this as a volume control for my Wharfedale 8.2 active monitors. It's just what I needed.
